Listening To Your Consumers
March 12, 2009 8
De Tijd had an article (only available in their printed paper – or better: I can’t seem to find it online – see insert below for the article as PDF) about online reputation monitoring. They discussed how important social media are in this context. In our Digital Natives sessions (November 2008), we had one session about this topic. In our “Listening to consumers” session we gave examples of how to do it, how to start, we suggested tools and so on.
Currently, AdNerds / Proximity BBDO are working on a social media management tool for listening to what’s being said online about your brand and products or services. Expect more about this in our next podcast.
Feel free to browse through the presentation below – or if you have the time watch our podcast (we recorded our one hour session).
And to conclude: our third podcast will be all about “Listening”. So connect to our site on your right, and subscribe to our podcast on iTunes.
